Core network packet loss

We are currently seeing some packet loss from our upstream providers in DC1-MAN which is degrading performance of our hosted services within that datacentre - we have made our connectivity providers aware of the issue and it's being investigated. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This issue has now been resolved.
