Support telephones Support telephones

We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound calls to our telephone helpline.

This is due to a technical issue with our upstream telecoms provider. No customer VOIP or telephone services are affected by this issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and kindly request that customers contact us via email/ticket/chat channels until the issue is resolved.
