Identified — Our mail filtering and mail infrastructure services are now back up. We are not bringing up our hosted exchange servrice. Further updates to follow shortly.

Identified — Service are stating to come back online now - if you are a hosted exchange client and see a password prompt, this is due to the backend service not yet running - please close your email program and retry opening it after 5 minutes.

Identified — We have attempted a restart which is currently taking longer than expected. As a precaution we have an engineer en-route to the data centre to resolve the issue. We will update this issue further within the next 30 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
