New ticket system rollout

Schedule/description of work

We are launching our new ticket system over the coming weekend with works commencing 22th May 2020. The new system has lots of great features and means we can continue to provide you with the best levels of service possible. It will also feature a web interface where you can optionally log into and view, update or open new tickets without the need to use email. When it goes live you may notice emails from us look a little different. Once the new system goes live, our old ticket system will be archived and any active tickets on the old system will be recreated on the new one and assigned a new ticket number.
