Resolved — Connectivity has now been restored to the datacentre. We will continue to monitor the situation and any email will be arriving though in the next few minutes.
Identified — We have had an update from our connectivity providers: "Update: our network suppliers Zayo and our technicians are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. Our dark fibre team is looking into faults on both sides of the country. Apologies to all customers affected. We will update you as again soon as we can." We will continue to provide more information as we get it.
Identified — We have just had an update from our datacentre connectivity providers: "There has been a break in our fibre network. This is affecting customers with services in our Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester data centres. Our team is working to fix the problem but at the moment we don’t know how long this will take. Apologies to all affected." We will give you further updates when we get them.
Identified — The ongoing issue seems to be caused by a major outage at our datacentre. This is not isolated to just Posilan and is affecting all other businesses operating from the same datacentre and network. We are still investigating and will update this page as we get more information. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
